The South Australian Government is committed to supporting our state’s creative industries.
It does this through the Department for Industry, Innovation and Science, which has a direct focus on:
- Supporting the screen sector through the South Australian Film Corporation and Adelaide Film Festival.
- Supporting the craft sector through JamFactory.
- Delivering the state’s music industry strategy through the Music Development Office (MDO), which includes support for industry body Music SA among others.
- Facilitating and managing creative industries co-working, training and events hub, St Paul’s Creative Centre.
Dedicated support for our state’s arts and cultural sector is provided through Arts South Australia within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet; Arts SA has a range of grants, funding and initiatives available.
